Sigma deal completes sales at Ellesmere Port project

Galliford Try Partnerships has sold the final 40 homes at Chase Park, its development of the former greyhound track in Ellesmere Port, to PRS provider Sigma Capital Group.

The business, the regeneration arm of the Galliford Try group, had previously disposed of 101 homes at the development, with 45 being brought forward on behalf of Cheshire West & Chester Council, representing the first council homes built in the local authority in 40 years.

The remaining 56 homes will be delivered for not-for-profit housing and care provider Sanctuary Homes.

Construction on the site started in October 2016 after CWAC granted planning permission to redevelop the site in July 2016.
