Developer unveils plans to refurbish Atlantic House

A developer has unveiled plans to invest more than £1m to comprehensively refurbish its Atlantic House three-storey office building on Birchwood Point Business Park in Warrington.

CEG acquired the 20,676 sq ft Atlantic House and the 30,666 sq ft Appleton House in late 2016.

The designs for Atlantic House revealed by SpaceInvader include plans for a new reception offering a glass atrium with indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Antonia Martin-Wright, head of investment north at CEG, said: "We saw an opportunity to maximise the value of this asset, vacant for almost two years.
