Belgrave Hotel, a 34-bedroom property close to Chester’s historic city centre, has been sold by property consultancy GVA, on behalf of its owners.
The hotel was purchased for an undisclosed sum but was sold from a guide asking price of £1.4m.
In addition to the 34 ensuite bedrooms, the Belgrave Hotel, which is located 150 metres from Chester Railway Station, also features an onsite restaurant, as well as the Regency Bar and guest lounge.
