Cheshire’s prospects to be examined at upcoming event

Cheshire's science, transport and fintech sectors will lead the agenda as Insider hosts a raft of high-profile business speakers for an upcoming event at Alderley Park.

Insider's breakfast Cheshire - The Ripple Effect 2017 will be held on Tuesday, 19 September 2017. Key figures in the Cheshire business community will discuss the area's key economic sectors and how these can drive wider long-term growth across the county.

Attendees will get to see the developing 400-acre science campus Alderley Park and hear from Peter Crowther, managing director of Bruntwood, which purchased the site in 2014 and is currently developing it with the £160m masterplan.

The site is one of several science developments attracting a plethora of high-growth companies to the region.

The event will discuss the long-term effects on Cheshire's small- and medium-sized enterprise community when it comes to skills and talent, the areas of the county ripe for regeneration, and the challenges that the business community still needs to overcome.
